Greca Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar
Greca’s offers many salads at lunch and dinner to bring some of the best Mediterranean flavors to life. Try the Dakos for its grated fresh tomato, red onions, capers, kalamata olives, red beets, and crumbled epirus feta over cretan barley rusks. Or make the salad the meal at lunch with a Skordalia Bowl of baby kale, pligouri, red beets, skordalia, ladolemono and choice of protein. The proteins provide options to meet a number of dietary needs, including grilled chicken, revithia (chickpea fritters), avocado, pork skewer, gyro carvings, shrimp, and faroe island salmon.

Purdys Farmer and the Fish
Enjoy your lunch or dinner in a beautiful garden porch and tent setting. Purdy’s Farmer and the Fish offers a number of salads, including its signature Farmer’s Salad with field greens, shaved farm vegetables, candied walnuts, mansanilla olives and feta. Arugula, Cobb, Caesar, the Moderne Barn has all the usual salad suspects and more. If you want a salad that has it all, try the Barn Salad with mesclun greens, arugula, black ceci beans, green chickpeas, garbanzo beans, kalamata olives, orange segments, cucumbers, toasted pistachios, hard-boiled eggs, gorgonzola blue cheese and sherry vinaigrette. While some salads vary from the lunch to dinner and brunch menus, you can find the Barn Salad on all three.

At Horsefeathers, the dressings for the salads are half the fun. Choose from house, Russian, fat-free raspberry vinaigrette, peppercorn parmesan, ranch, balsamic vinaigrette, honey mustard and blue cheese to put on nearly a dozen salad options. Let the dressing be the star on a tossed salad, eggless Caesar, or arugula. If you are looking for something to make a full meal, consider the Tuscan tuna in olive oil with tomato, egg, radishes, calamatas, capers, onion, mixed greens, and olive oil herb dressing or the chilled baked salmon with fresh garlic string beans, roasted peppers, gorgonzola and mixed greens. Open for lunch and dinner.
